Exercise Library
Search for a drill, open it, then download a Markdown packet or JSON config. Packets include setup, roles, injects, scoring, and debrief prompts.
Fast Start
- Open the Exercises tab and download one coordinator packet.
- Use Training to practice the protocol and scenario decisions.
- Use Modules during the tabletop to review scenario updates and injects.
- Use Decision Log to capture owners, actions, and gaps.
- Use Scoring to upload notes and produce AAR/IP-ready outputs.
Training
Training lessons are grouped into paths. Each lesson has briefing, practice, checklist, quiz, and completion tracking in the browser.
Scoring
Paste or upload JSON, CSV, markdown, or text notes. HotHub maps evidence to objectives and suggests AAR/IP actions.
NIMS
Use the NIMS tab to see how CLEAR-HEAT maps to coordination roles, resource requests, SITREPs, public information, and improvement planning evidence.
Add Or Edit Content
- Add exercises in
config/exercises/and register them inconfig/master.json. - Add training lessons in
config/lessons/and assign them to a path inconfig/training-paths/. - Add scenarios in
config/scenarios/and register them inconfig/master.json. - Edit
config/nims-alignment.jsonto refine the NIMS role map, workflows, and judge-facing alignment. - Keep public/sample content non-sensitive. Do not upload protected personal data into a public GitHub Pages deployment.
Recommended Coordinator Workflow
- Choose one or two mini exercises for pre-tabletop training.
- Run the full Situation Manual modules during the tabletop.
- Use downloadable exercises as breakout activities when a topic needs deeper practice.
- Collect notes and score them after each module.
- Export results and convert gaps into an After Action / Improvement Plan.
