PillNot Demo Scenario Report

Prepared as a sample export for the Riopele finalist presentation.

Executive summary: PillNot compares a vulnerable polyester/viscose open-end construction against a stronger high-density anti-pilling twill scenario. The improved scenario reaches the Class >=3 target in the prototype model while making the trade-offs visible for validation.

Engineering Interpretation

Validation Plan

  1. Collect representative polyester-predominant woven articles and metadata.
  2. Run ISO 12945-2 pilling tests and record actual class results.
  3. Calibrate model weights around the Class >=3 threshold.
  4. Track error bands by product family and finishing route.
  5. Use calibrated reports for R&D and leadership review.
Guardrail: This sample report is generated from a transparent prototype model. It supports scenario screening and communication, not production release. ISO 12945-2 validation and Riopele expertise remain the decision basis.
