MyMedJourney Help

A calm guide to organizing appointments, medications, notes, tasks, body metrics, equipment, and your care timeline.

Getting Started

  1. Open the app and review the Today dashboard.
  2. Add your appointments, medications, tasks, and notes.
  3. Build your Care Plan with diagnoses, clinicians, pharmacy, insurance, allergies, and instructions.
  4. Use the timeline to record hospital stays, milestones, setbacks, and recovery events.
  5. Export a snapshot regularly so you always have a backup.
Tip: Start simple. Add only your next few appointments, current medications, and key notes first.
